坦白的说： 瓷砖好不好看，三分看瓷砖 ，七分看工艺。
就拿最近的网红小白砖来说，工艺好的师傅贴出来是北欧风 ，贴不好就成了出租屋风。
今天就来揭秘积木家铺砖六大技巧，教你用 科学施工 的思路去判断，瓦工师傅的活儿到底做得好不好！ 首先，瓷砖铺贴需要4个步骤：
1、基层处理：确保地面/墙面平整无起沙
2、铺贴瓷砖：确保瓷砖铺贴整齐美观
3、勾缝擦缝：填补瓷砖缝隙防开裂
4、瓷砖养护：确保施工效果最终达成
但在正式开始之前，你还需要注意一件事！
很多耽误工期的状况,其实就是砖少几块 ，或辅材不够用 了。
购买瓷砖一定要算损耗率 ,也就是多买5%
因为不同批次瓷砖存在色差 , 铺好细看很不美观！
01 基层处理 小白们可以理解这个步骤是在打基础！
第一步水泥找平 ，第二步清理杂质，如地面起沙的情况 。这两步都是为了确保墙面/地面平整，无凹凸或倾斜有角度。
02 瓷砖铺贴 贴瓷砖不难，但如果想美观、又牢固，毫无疑问是个技术活了！
正所谓工欲善其事必先利其器，积木家的科学施工 法，正是借助一些精巧的工具和工艺实现的。
1、六折尺定位神器
针对一些水阀、插座等特殊位置，积木家师傅会使用“六折尺定位神器”，保证在瓷砖上切割位置的精准性，让瓷砖套上后，缝隙均匀、边缘契合精准。
2、震动锤辅助神器
贴好瓷砖后，师傅会使用新型的“震动锤”辅助铺贴，这种电动工具比用传统小木槌受力更均匀，防止空鼓现象发生。
3、定位支撑神器
积木家采用的 是“墙压地”的铺贴方法， 效果更美观，施工难度也更大。
同时瓦工师傅会在每块瓷砖下采用“定位支撑神器 ”，不会让瓷砖因为刚粘结受力而脱落，还能保证整面瓷砖在同一水平线。
4、回字地漏速排水神器
采用“回字形 ”地漏工艺，将地漏瓷砖接口处切割，使其产生4个排水坡度，排水更快，而且造型也大气好看。
很多人提到的 瓷砖空鼓 ，又是怎么一回事儿？ 其实瓷砖空鼓，都是不细心、做活儿不细致造成的。工人的手艺差,水泥砂浆没有涂抹均匀,就会导致后期脱砖、掉砖的风险。
其实铺砖的方法用对了，做活儿就能又快又好. 积木家有3个小技巧：泡砖+拉毛+活灰。
而拉毛 则是为了增加瓷砖与墙面的接触面，铺贴更紧实。
同时运用精确配比的砂浆，经过“搅拌机+活灰槽” 处理，会混合更充分，瓷砖不仅贴得紧也更平整。

勾缝美缝
铺瓷砖为什么还要留缝，无缝不是更好看吗？但是实际上，陶瓷会存在热胀冷缩的情况。如果没有缝隙，瓷砖互相挤压，很容易开裂。
而美缝材料颜色的选择，可以配合整体装修风格，和设计师沟通确定。

瓷砖养护
铺好的瓷砖要正常阴干，同时及时刮掉表面多余的水泥砂浆，防止它干透后清理刮伤釉面。
施工完成后3 天，需要对施工进行验收，可以用空鼓锤对瓷砖轻微敲击，如果声音沉闷则施工合格。如果声音清脆，说明瓷砖空鼓，容易破损脱落。
